Environmental, Social and Governance

We are committed to creating and upholding Environmental Social Governance (ESG) practices across our company. We recognize that ESG is much more than a policy but a journey. We are on our way, but continue to raise our expectations for ourselves and all of our community members.

We believe in sustainability, and hold ourselves accountable to proactively advance social and environmentally conscious growth.

We have a remote-first policy in place for employees, resulting in a reduction in miles-driven. We’re committed to paperless record-keeping, and continue to work toward establishing sustainable and energy-efficient practices wherever possible.

Social

At Mindr, we’re dedicated to community engagement and have a clear mission: to enhance road safety for everyone. Our approach includes providing second chances to offenders through the use of interlock devices. These devices enable offenders to safely return to the roads, maintaining their livelihood while ensuring they don’t pose a risk to themselves or others. We’re committed to making our services accessible and affordable to support rehabilitation and prevent reoffending. 

As a founding member of the National Alliance to Stop Impaired Driving and a corporate partner of Responsibility.org, we actively contribute to initiatives that promote safer driving behaviors. 

Additionally, we collaborate with Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) to further advocate for responsible behavior among young drivers. 

Furthermore, Mindr is proud to offer the annual Drunk Driving Prevention Scholarship. This initiative encourages college students to create public service announcement videos highlighting the risks of drunk driving, fostering awareness and education on this critical issue. 

Governance & Ethics

Corporate Governance is a mysterious concept for most of us. However simply put, Corporate Governance has to do with the standards, rules, roles, and processes through which a company and its board of directors is operated. At Mindr corporate governance also includes how we interact with consumers, competitors, suppliers and state and local governments. We hold ourselves accountable to being thoughtful leaders in our organization, industry and community while balancing the interests of all our stakeholders.
