Kathy Boden Holland

Chief Executive Officer

Kathy Boden Holland is the Chief Executive Officer, effective December 2021.

Prior to joining Mindr, Ms. Boden Holland served as President of the Medical and Healthcare Group within Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE), where she grew the organization while expanding margins and improving student outcomes. Previously, Boden Holland served as executive vice president at Elevate Credit, Inc., a fintech company focused on helping people build their credit score and take control of their finances, from 2014 to 2018. She was the executive VP, corporate development, of Think Finance Incorporated from 2012 to 2014 and president of RLJ Financial LLC, from 2010 to 2012.

Boden Holland earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Currently, Boden Holland serves as an advisory board member of the Center for the Business of Health at the University of North Carolina.

Melissa Robbins

Chief Operating Officer

Seasoned strategic and compliance operations leader with a unique blend of compliance and operational expertise and experience in cross-enterprise management in highly regulated industries. Background includes 13 years at Adtalem Global Education where oversaw state and federal compliance, and stakeholder operations, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Chicago, and Board Chair for Girls in the Game.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate teaching qualification from the University of New England (Armidale) in arts and education, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Geoff Boyd

Chief Financial Officer

20+ years of experience as a CFO in the technology and telecom sectors building and leading teams in multiple industries to support significant growth. Prior to joining Mindr, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aventiv Technologies, Rational Energies and Eschelon Telecom. Proven track record of driving financial performance in subscription-based business, leading through change, and building out scalable and repeatable processes will be instrumental in achieving growth objectives.

Education: Dartmouth College in with a B.A. in history.

Peter Polit

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Executive business leader with more than 25 years of experience in building, growing, and operating world-class advanced technology businesses in CTO, GM, and Vice President roles both domestically and internationally. Prior to Mindr, served as EVP Product & Engineering at Tidel and VP & GM at SiriusXM overseeing Connected Vehicle Product Management and Strategy & Partnerships. Deep experience and expertise in managing and effectively growing technology businesses and P&L centers ranging from $1.2B in annual revenue to startups with annual revenues of under $10M.

Education: Bachelor of Science with Distinction and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Vinayak Manchanda

Chief Growth Officer

Proven leader with a strong track record in building and growing P&Ls and new products across various industries. Experience includes Angi, Tripadvisor, Wayfair, McKinsey & Company, and GE. Expert in direct marketing, e-commerce, and data science with a dynamic, team-oriented approach.
